Please see our updated and simplified return and exchange policy effective as of 1/1/2022.
To make sure you have the equipment you need when you need it, we have updated our return and exchange policy to better serve you.
Returns:
We offer a 15 day, easy return policy for unwanted/incorrectly ordered items. We ask that all items are returned to us in a clean, unused and resalable condition, in the original outer and product packaging. Please write your order ID clearly on a piece of paper and include this with your returning item(s), this information can be found on your order confirmation.
If the wrong product was accidentally purchased, simply purchase the correct item and return the unused, incorrect unit. If you have discarded the original packaging, please wait for the new item to arrive so that it can be properly boxed and protected for return shipment, to prevent damage.
On the rare occasion you have experienced an issue with the items received, please do contact our dedicated customer service team above and we will be happy to assist you.
Refunds:
Once your return has been delivered and signed for at our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email to confirmation once your refund has been processed and funds should appear back into your account within 3-5 business days, depending on your original payment method. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
